Add a release through the API POST /api/versions

Send a JSON body with the X-API-Key header. The timestamp and composite version are generated automatically. Optional nonnegative integers x and y override the latest values (initially 0.0); z increments across releases. Add any component name and version to metadata; new components appear as columns.

Records cannot be edited or deleted. Each new record must contain a different complete set of component versions; duplicate metadata returns HTTP 409.
